"We were so pleased and overwhelmed with the way this hotel trip went. It is located within a mountain village and the pleasant chime of church bells between 7am to 12pm add an atmosphere of serenity. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and answered all my questions, knew the local places to visit, assisted in any problems and knew the history of the place. "What I especially liked was the ability to park on the property, with is in an outlying village of the Strasbourg metropolitan area, and bus it into the city - there's a regular service, takes half an hour, cost €2.50. It's a unique sort of property, an enclosed series of buildings, half-timbered in style, repurposed to local uses and tourism.
