"The property was clean and new. The staff was very polite and the breakfast was usual cereal and waffles etc. It’s close to downtown medical area where we needed to be. This hotel is very nice and half the price of medical district. Will stay here again."

"Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaning service is offered every third day, the hotel makes a note of that in the small card they attach to your room key. Didn't try the restaurant since we cooked in our room's kitchen."

"The issues we had; we were there from Thurs to Sunday and never saw cleaning staff. I even told staff to clean and they didn’t. Also, we called down for clean towels and they never came. Had to go down to get them ourselves. Also, there is no 24 hr shuttle as advertised. It’s only for the Medical Center transports. The other issue is there are no good nearby restaurants making it expensive to stay here. The location is only good for the stadium and that is a 40 minute walk at least. Ubers back...

The breakfast was great. We had a studio and it was comfortable, except for the cooling system which released a wind storm onto the bed and couch every time it turned on. "The front desk staff are pretty unhelpful, especially if you’re arriving later in the night. I would advise calling them multiple times to make sure they have your listing. They removed my reservation despite calling them. They seemed to have no access to their own email, so if booking through a third party app, calling to confirm, and then calling again, and again, is the way. I would avoid if you’re arriving late."
