"The cleanliness is missing at this hotel. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. I used a white cloth to wipe up a water spill and it came back brown. The stairwell and the elevator were flithy, like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. "

"The room was clean and comfortable however no blanket in the room on first night. Staff did provide when requested the next morning. We had no hot water-staff was very prompt in addressing and moved us to a new room which was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely courteous and responsive "

"Place was spotless! Only issue with the stay was the bed in the room… evidently the sheets weren’t changed prior to our arrival, fitted sheet had urine stains all over it… honestly didn’t look until this morning when before we left when I was looking for socks that were in the bedding. My wife was completely grossed out! Again, a beautiful hotel, just check the sheets.. I own a business in lytle and unfortunately Best Western is the only hotel in town.. "
