  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Toll war, dass wir unsere Skisachen in einem Raum unterbringen konnten. Am nächsten Tag war alles wieder trocken. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und beantwortet gern Fragen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Schade dagegen ist die Reinigung der Zimmer. Täglich wurde das Bad geputzt und die Mülleimer geleert. Allerdings wurde dagegen in einer Woche nicht ein Mal gesaugt.

Značné zklamání

Typický příklad stavebně celkem povedeného hotelu provozovaného "českým stylem". Za 8 tis. pro 2 na víkend bez snídaně bychom očekávali, že personál hotelu a servis budou trochu na jiné úrovni. V recepci nás po příjezdu čekala neupravená korpulentní paní v teplákách, která uměla velmi dobře rusky, ale velmi špatně česky, takže nám nebyla schopná vysvětlit ani kde je vjezd do garáže, natož cokoliv jiného. I většina dalšího personálu měla s češtinou problémy. Apartmán byl pěkný, čistý, v horském stylu. Vytknout lze snad jen malé prostěradlo, které nepasuje na postel tak, aby zcela pokrylo matraci. Hotel nemá ideální izolaci proti kročejovému hluku, takže je slyšet v apartmánu nad Vámi téměř každý krok. Wellness bylo k našemu překvapení za nemalý příplatek, který jsme z principu odmítli hradit. Už dlouho jsem nezažil, že by ubytovaný host neměl přístup do wellness zóny hotelu, nota bene když je cena ubytování vystřelená na horní hranici srovnatelných luxusních ubytování, kde je wellness pro hosty samozřejmostí. V našem patře chybně fungovala tlačítka pro přivolání výtahu, šipka dolů zastavovala výtahy jedoucí nahoru a naopak, takže než to člověk rozklíčoval, čekal čtvrt hodiny na výtah do garáží. Hotel je v provozu dost dlouho na to, aby to někdo opravil. Poslední poznámka se týká polohy hotelu, která není zcela optimální s ohledem na poměrně značný hluk v okolí, možná i díky sousedství autobusového nádraží. Hotel je navíc "utopený" v údolí a téměř nikdy na něj nesvítí slunce.

In town

Newly built hotel organised in 4 differents buildings. The appartment was a mix of rural and modern design with a lot of space for 2 people. In extra, we had a room with an hot tube (but outside on a terrasse). Very strange feeling to enjoy it when it's -5 outside. For the facilities, the hotel is in town so it's very easy to access all the facilities.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage im Zentrum, die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll. Leider hatten wir jedoch an zwei Tagen am Abend kein warmes Wasser und der Zimmerservice war sehr schlecht. Es wurde nur nach Aufforderung gefegt bzw. gesaugt, die Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Insgesamt für diesen Preis leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Auch das Essen war sehr fleischlastig (wie leider überall im Ort). Der Ort an sich eignet sich besonders für Berliner zum Skifahren, da die Anfahrt verhältnismäßig kurz ist.
