"One side of the hotel was about 50 feet from the frontage road and 100 feet from the interstate. The sounds from the adjacent roads were maddening and made sleep impossible. Additionally there was a car wash operating ten feet from other room's window. And I'm not even going to waste time trying to explain the horrible smell in the rooms. We were operating on 2 hours sleep in 24 hours and still could not sleep due to the noises. When we asked the front desk if we could please be moved to a different room the manager said "No" the cleaning staff is gone for the day and we're fully booked there's no where to move you to. Then I said then just check us out and cancel the other days. The manager said you can check out but there will be no refund because you are prepaid. I said fine we just want to leave. He then proceeded show us three different rooms that he eventually moved us to. We still checked out the next morning for a different hotel. "Great property Rooms were big and nice Pet charge is very high $75 dog I have two. And they call it cleaning fee. However the people before had kids and maids didn’t clean the mirror where there was tiny sticky hand prints all over and the floor hadn’t been mop very dirty so what was the cleaning fee I aid for when they can’t even clean after guests before us. But that being my rant. Good friendly propert"

"Needs to be updated room was very run down"

"This is an unsafe space for solo female travelers. As I was checking in there was a person yelling at the front desk about something which should have been my first clue but it was late and I just wanted to sleep after traveling a long way. Got my key and found my room. The balcony directly above my room had 5-6 men standing outside on the railing watching me as I parked and went inside and dropped my bag. No issues from them but it was very unsettling being watched by a group of men. Took my dog for a walk around and around the corner of our room a man and woman were engaged in a loud argument in which the man started trying to kick in her door while she yelled that her kid was inside and to stop. That was my last straw, I packed up my stuff and left for another hotel. Not worth the stress."

"I didn’t like the stains in the ceiling or how the air turns off consistently. The staff was amazing and quick to accommodate me. "

"My wife fell in front of the reception because someone had dropped chocolate - staff didn’t clean up what’ was in front of them till someone got hurt, minimal empathy to help , follow up . "
