"We had to switched a room (had 2).2xs. 1st one had bugs everywhere stepped on 1 and blood came out!!!!(probably tics) and air conditioning did not function. 2nd room change sheets were dirty!!!! Never staying again. This was our 2nd stay, 1st one was ok. Very gross"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the elevator was filthy. Very disappointed in the price for what we received… A “cold” breakfast that consisted of a danish, apple, yogurt, and instant oatmeal and there was not a coffee maker in the room. I would not stay in this hotel again."
