"The beds were comfortable. The room smelled clean. The staff was exceptional. But the room looked like it was falling apart. Tile was broken off the wall. And there was a cockroach. It looked like it has been remodeled poorly."

"We recently stayed at the Fairmont Hotel in Pecos while visiting from Dallas. The room itself was fine, but there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. "The hotel was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very large and neatly organized. The hotel is a bit outdated, found some mold around the tub and fixtures in the bathroom. The vanity is outside of the bathroom as well, and there’s only one for the 2 bedroom suite. Overall I would stay here again but it’s just not as updated as I had expected."

"I always stay here when I come through this area. Rooms are clean and food is good. Having a restaurant on the property serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner is great."
