The staff was kind and helpful but services were only available if you asked. For example; website says daily housekeeping. When we asked why our room wasn’t cleaned they said we didn’t ask for it. "We stayed at the Condos, very clean, spacious, well mantained, comfortable. A little too far from the main hotel and restaurant, i recommend to have a car if staying there. Staff VERY nice and helpful."

"Loud loud thumping music until 4 am, 3-4 nights per week, even when that bar is noted as closed. The later it gets, more alcohol flowing, the volume increases. WHO conceived that these two elements are compatible???? Great bed, just used it briefly to nap. What a waste! There were families and couples with babies. Guess unless the kids and babies are down with partying until the wee hours, this is most likely a jah brah surf party hostel vibe. Quite apparent that families didn’t stay long....
