"The property was beautiful and so well kept. The communication from Julia, was incredible! She gave us excellent directions driving through old town to reach the hotel. She then accompanied my husband to the parking area ( very close by). She gave us wonderful recommendations and we will definitely stay here again! The pictures don’t do it justice!!"

"We were actually accommodated at a different property at last minute due to a problem in our room that could not be fixed in time. Communication about the change was effective and helpful. Alternative accommodation was excellent but not quite as well located as Casa San Mateo. "

"Excellent central location to the town - could hgardly be closer! 20 min walk to train station. We were in a 2 floor duplex which had 2 extra bedrooms which would be brilliant for a family . Ground floor lots of space , good table to eat at with very efficient air con . Very clean and bright but fully shuttered. Kitchen could do with some more small equipment for those of us who like to cook and also some wine glasses! Walls could do with a coat of paint to freshen up . Will certainly...

"Aside from the apartment itself, which is new and well equipped, the building is beautiful, and the surrounding residential area is pleasant and well-kept. The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. The welcome was excellent. A car is preferable, although it seems to be well-served by public transportation."
