"This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. "Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. "Never made it to the stay. Booked/paid in advance via Expedia. According to the checkin directions the property is supposed to send instructions via email 24 hours in advance, that never happened after repeated requests. We contacted Expedia they attempted to get a hold of the proper owner and couldn’t.
