"When we first checked in we were sent to a room that had a terrible odor in it. My husband spoke with the desk clerk and he was very kind and immediately offered to move us across the hall. When entering the second room, it was such a pleasant smell. Very clean and nice room. He did take the time to walk into the first room as and he was certainly able to smell the odor. He apologized and said he would make a note of the odor. Im sure he turned in a work order for the first room. "

"I only needed a shower and a bed so the microwave and refrigerator were a plus. The towels were so stained I wasn’t comfortable using them, I should have taken them to the office but as I didn’t I can’t say if it might have been rectified had I done so. It’s right off the freeway, took a little twisting to get to it but my Dodge Dually and bike trailer fit in the parking lot."

"I liked the hotel as a whole. The service and servants during both the breakfast and dinner meals were excellent. I was very surprised that dinner meals were offered. We had a ordeal to occur during our stay, and the gentleman at the front desk really helped us and we were thankful that it ended well. Every staff member was very friendly and courteous. Thanks"

"Aging property with minimal amenities, upside the staff was nice and friendly, but everything about the place screams old and outdated. Hot water for the shower took 5-8 mins to finally reach temperature, toilet leaked so every 30-45 mins the toilet tank is filling while you’re trying to sleep. I stayed for the price but won’t recommend it for anything more than a place to sleep for those not overly picky about looks and condition."

"Hyatt Place is an excellent and convenient place to stay. My only hesitation to give it 5 stars is one imperfection. We stayed on the side facing east. It is directly facing I-55, and the noise coming from traffic on I-55 is not conducive to a good night's rest. Other than that, the hotel is very, very clean and the amenities are many."
