"We paid for a beach view but had no beach view and the beach is like a 5min walk but not swimable because of all the rocks"

"Simpson Bay Resort is a beautiful, well-maintained property with immaculate pools, cheerful staff, and a very convenient location. From our balcony in the Bougainvillea building, we could see Simpson Bay, Kim Sha beach, and even Saba island in the distance. Unlike many popular resorts, there were plenty of beach, pool, bar, and restaurant chairs available whenever we wanted them. We never really had to wait for anything. even traveling with toddlers. I would absolutely stay at Simpson Bay Resort...

"Rooms were great big and spacious, lots of places near by, casino near by grocery stores, and restaurants."

"Resort is beautiful. Had the deluxe suite. Beautiful views. Staff super friendly. Only downside , no direct access to a beach. Had to walk a little to maho beach but a longer walk to mullet bay beach is definitely worth the walk. Would certainly stay again. "

"Staff was very unfriendly. NO service at all and waiters were pretending most of the time that they didn't hear you every time you were asking for smth.....like utensils that were not on the table most of the time. Very disorganized when it comes to the restaurants all over the resort."

"Pretty hotel, lovely grounds, tasty food. Rooms tidy, attractive, comfortable. Splurge on a room with view of the grounds and lagoon, upper floors, with balcony. Housekeeping staff so friendly. Front desk staff, males were efficient, polite and smiled. Females were efficient, curt, sullen, never smiled. But I am told they are this way because they are French women. It’s like a disability, so we must forgive them."

"I had a great time. Every staff member is helpful and very nice. My favorite amenity was the swimming pool. It's shared between four rooms. But in reality it's like your private pool. Good breakfast (not savory, you have to pay extra for that), gourmet dinner. Merci, Esmeralda!"

"View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. It is loud when they are partying and the bass shakes the whole block. Be aware of that. If you want to have dinner at the restaurant it closes at 8,...

"Breakfast was included and had everything you could want from eggs and bacon and sausage to cheeses meat and fruit. Staff was so helpful. Food is amazing in this area and plenty to choose from within a quick walk. Beach view was beautiful. Water was clear. Room was amazing with beautiful views from the spacious balcony. We’ve stayed all over the world and this place is one of our favorites."

"Beautiful and clean suite. The staff was friendly and accommodating. You can order taxis from front desk which was very convenient. The view was immaculate and the hotel is right off the beach. No complaints."
