"The room was nice. The bed was fairly comfortable, I liked the large desk which served me well when I had a zoom business meeting. I was a little uncomfortable with the surrounding area. I did ask for a room away from the park as I noticed there were folks hanging out there who didn’t look the safest. Plus I drive a nice car and didn’t want problems. Fortunately, I was safe and so was my car. I did hear a very loud boom outside around 11:00pm. Not sure what that was but everything seemed ok....

"The room was clean and there was plenty of parking available. The location was very close to downtown San Jose and SJSU. Also, several fast food restaurants on the block and across the street. This was an afforable and convenient location to stay for the SJSU commencement."

"It was a very dirty and neglected room, and the following are issues I had: • There was urine and hair on the bathroom floor • There was used toilet paper in the bathroom trash • There was hair on the bed, in between the sheets, on the pillows, and under the pillows. • There was almost no place to park When I first went to use the bathroom, I noticed there was hair and urine on the floor in front of the toilet and shower, and there was used toilet paper still in the bathroom trash. "Keep an eye out, sometimes the clientele can be spicy! Props to the young lady working the night desk, because an old man started swinging and NOBODY CAME TO HELP HER👀 Anyhow...BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW. Cheap, clean, convenient, but disclaimer: NO SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER. One sad soap bar that somehow doesn't dissolve in water 👀"

"We stayed here several times last year and enjoyed it and it is very convenient location for us as it is close to family. Unfortunately the room we were given this time didn't seem quiet up to par compared to last year. I think it could use a freshening up."

"I checked in after midnight without any problem (I had called earlier to alert the front desk). The breakfast options were fantastic and plentiful; I was able enjoy a full meal as well as pack a lunch for later. The bed was very comfortable."
