Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

"This is a basic hotel, has the necessary amenities for a stay, and convenient to both Orlando and Daytona. It has become dated and could use a deep cleaning both inside and out, along with an overall refresh. But for a place to sleep, ect, it fits the bill. I have stayed here numerous times with never any problems that the front desk staff handled right away, and I would stay here again."

"This was my second time using this hotel and will not be the last time. This is definetly my go to hotel whenever I go to the Orlando/Daytona area. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly, and the buffet breakfast in the morning is great. I also love how they have 24 hour coffee for coffee lovers like myself. Definetly recommend this hotel!!"

"The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. "

"There was nothing in the kitchen drawers. I didn’t want to cook anyway. The breakfast said that there would be fresh fruit and there was none. I was there for two days. Very nice location very nice room. Forge Garage restaurant was right next-door in the same parking lot. That was a big Plus."

"Just ok. Room was very dated and had a funky smell. Bathrooms need a major renovation. Not a terrible place to stay but probably wouldn’t stay again."
