"Starting with the 'bad' so I can end on a high note. The WiFi was spotty at best. In the evening, it was subject to numerous hesitations. In the morning, it was nonexistent. Fortunately, I had my phone as a backup. The exterior is showing its age, to a degree. Nothing a *good* paint job can't take ..."

"Too much smoking in and around the property. We actually had a fire alarm go off at 10 pm because someone was smoking in their room and spent an hour outside in our car."
