"One of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. The first room we were given had an overwhelming sewage-like odor. It genuinely smelled like raw sewage, to the point where it was impossible to stay in the room and we immediately requested a different one. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. "Loved this resort...centrally located, great facilities, access to the beach, easy to reach by bus from Komtar in Georgetown (bus stop at door). Staff were very helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Even got to meet the Manager on quite a few occasions who was wondering the resort, checking facilities (very impressed by this) On the same bus route to Batu Firinghi, Penang NP, Escape, Butterfly farm too. "The rooms were spacious and kept very clean. The staff were accommodating when we asked to change our room due to the noise from other guests. The hotel is in a good location as it is adjacent to Gurney Plaza and Paragon Mall."

"Once again our stay was very enjoyable. The staff in the restaurant are so friendly and assist in any way possible. The pool attendant was exceptional, bringing our towels down personally and setting them out for us. Everything is well maintained and our room overlooked the Straits of Malacca. We shall return."
