"great pool. great location. great staff"

"An absolutely amazing place to stay. Full of history and the house tour is a must. You are staying in a tourist attraction! The location is ideal for the old part of George Town, easily walkable. "We really enjoyed our stay at G Hotel Gurney Penang. What stood out to us most was the warm and friendly service. The team was always responsive, attentive and proactive, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. "Got to the room and no towels and safe not working! Room and hotel looking bit tired!"

"Our stay at the Qing Suites was so wonderful, we could not have asked for a better experience. The history of the building, as well as the Blue Mansion, is fascinating, and adds to the magic of the place. The room was superb - clean and comfortable, with a lovely private courtyard. The main courtyard, where a delicious breakfast was served, is stunning. The staff deserve a special mention - attentive, kind, and always cheerful, and made our stay extra special."

"The room is very dated. Bed sheets are old and somewhat stinky. Staff is not too attentive and lack of knowledge of the surroundings and I did not feel very welcoming. Breakfast is average and the place to eat breakfast also very dated. Average and do not expect too much from this facility."

"Overall satisfied with my stay and brand new hotel."
