"I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. "Hotel was great so was front desk staff elevator was rough and often malfunctioning."

"The room was double the regular price. Didn’t have a fridge or microwave. No breakfast as listed and the pool was closed. My door to the room wouldn’t open when i returned from the floor being so warped."
