"The location is great, as they run a free shuttle to the airport. They have a decent bar and restaurant, so you can eat there if you have an early flight. Breakfast buffet was fine and is included. Supposedly an indoor pool and spa area, which we tried to find, but couldn’t. Thought it was down on basement level, but must have misunderstood, as it wasn’t! We were too tired to use, anyway.
Only 2 things we didn’t like: they charge you for water in your room / ridiculous. They said one bottle...

"This is a beautiful old world-feeling hotel, very grand and lovely! Staff were friendly and helpful. Concierge very good, gave us excellent dinner recommendations. The first impression was as we expected of a 5 star luxury hotel. The conseirge/luggage carrying guy was fantastic - a really nice welcoming. Couldn't remember his name - it was the same first name as the general manager I think he'd said.

"We booked this hotel based on location and onsite parking availability. It was very walkable to everything in Cascais and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great to deal with. We unfortunately didn’t have enough time to take advantage of the pool, but the baby ducks were certainly enjoying it!! 😂"

"This was one of my favorite stays! The staff were kind and helpful, rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was ideal. Breakfast was lovely and they provided a really nice breakfast box for us to take when we had plans earlier than 7:30. We really enjoyed the bathroom layout and the shower. My only small complaints were the limited and odd tv channels, and the towel rack being across the room from the shower."
