"It was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful and gracious. It was nice to be offered a cookie at check-in. The only bummer was the coffee maker in our room would not work properly and put grounds in the cup using the pods. Otherwise great!"

She went in the room and was in there for quite some time, when she came out she said it was ready. I asked her why it took so long and she said she had to fix ..."
