"The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. The only issue was the amount I was charged. It was higher than the listed price, and I was told that the difference was due to VAT and would be refunded during checkin. However, the additional amount was more than 20% of the listed price, while the refund I received was only about 25% of the extra amount I had paid. This was disappointing and could have been explained more clearly at the time of booking."
