"The owner/manager was out of town and not accepting reservations, but through some internet mistake I was able to book a room anyway. I called them when I got there and they were super accommodating, letting me into the office remotely and checking myself in. How kind of them! The room looked recently remodeled. "I had two nights of great sleep. Some of the restaurants in the strip mall are rather difficult to walk to. Chik-Fil-A was a bit of a challenge. Then when I was leaving I looked up and saw the car wash, but finally realized that what looked like an easy hike was going to require retracing my path through busy parking lots, back onto the sidewalk and the road when it petered back."
