"The hotel is tired and dated, the photos of the room were nothing like our room. There was a horrible drain smell in our bathroom which never disappeared during our 3 night stay. The room itself and public areas were all clean and for the price we paid the stay was ok."

"We had a great experience here. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool, stteam room, and sauna were well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is very cloae to the harbor, castle, and lots of places to eat and enjoy."

"Another great escape. This hotel is a jewel in the crown of North Wales tourism. Modern, well-equipped and with excellent staff. This was our sixth stay at the hotel and we cannot wait for our seventh!"
