The concierge provided a warm welcome and was concerned my early departure the following morning meant I would miss breakfast - so she provided some early provisions for me so I would get a good start to the day. The room was a little Spartan but had most items anyone would require, even including a Gideons. Bed was super comfortable and room was surprisingly quiet despite nearby...

"The garden room at this house hotel is delightful. Tidy, well appointed with everything you need for an overnight stay. The only challenge is the very steep driveway. I elected to park the car across the way in a public parking rather than attempt the road. They offer in street parking in a street behind. Also located on the very busy main thoroughfare in Lane Cove. "
