"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. "Our room was beautiful! It faced the bay but we saw dolphins from our room. It was clean and very well taken care of. 2 minor things that we were completely happy with was the ceiling fans in both bedrooms made a noise. It sounded like they needed greased. And the smaller bedroom's bed had a loose slat under the bed that popped in the middle of the night twice. Other than that, the tub and shower in the main bedroom were wonderful, the living room was comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing!...

" Stayed at Pensacola Beach Resort with a family of two adults and two teen daughters and it was very disappointed. While the hotel looked clean and the lobby was nice, seating was limited. They have a sitting area outside but the wind brought the guests to come inside the lobby. This is definitely not a family-friendly place. The pool was small, overcrowded, and full of loud adults drinking. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our daughters stay in the pool. Room cleanliness was also an issue. The shower had mold, and housekeeping barely cleaned. One bed was half-made, the other wasn’t touched, and no toiletries were restocked. I even had to go to the lobby for toilet paper. Beds very uncomfortable that we ended up with back pain. Overall, not a good experience and we won’t be returning. "
