I had a staff member, possibly a housekeeper enter our room while we were sleeping. She said she thought she was on the third floor instead of the second... she never knocked. The staff overall were friendly enough, but I needed quarters to use the washing machine and couldn't get them. There was nowhere close by that was open to get them either. There should be another way."
