"The room was not how it was pictured in Expedia. They 2 rooms; 1 looks great in the picture with exposed bricks and good decor and we booked based on these pictures. But what we got instead was the other room which was dinghy and had rusted chair and ugly decor for the same price. Please make sure you get the right room when you get this property. "Lovely family-style hotel - no fight for the sunbeds, great sized pool, lovely poolside bar area serving tasty food, clean rooms with frequent bedding and towel changes. They also helped us with taxis and car hire - all at very reasonable prices. Also a nice walk to Gouvia or the marina."

"Location is the "saving grace", it's perfect, and the owner is an ok guy. However, the hotel is a construction site.. nowhere near finished with the (re-) construction. The lobby area is horrible, dirty and dusty due to this, and it's not possible to socialise with other guests or friends there. Maybe in the future?
Love the village, and if you have really low expectations about where you stay, MBB is ok. Might be back when the construction work is finished :)
