"We found this hotel excellent. It’s recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Wr had a deluxe room which was clean and the bed very comfortable, unlike every other hotel bed I’ve slept in. I slept soundly from the every first night. ..."

"Very polite staff but the property is very tired and not well maintained with 1 room not having any soap and beds be stored in the open at the stairwell. The rooms both needed a deep hoover around the edges. Parking is also very expensive at £10 a night with no guarantee of keeping the spot if you ..."

"Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
