"The only complaint we had with air-conditioner it would not run all night long so when it goes off and on off and on you wake up. The only complaint about cleanliness our floors had quite a bit of sand on floor. barefoot wasn't poosible walking on towels in bathroom. we didn't bring any in."

"First time at Summer’s Inn and I will definitely return! The room was great and has all you need for a long holiday weekend- small refrigerator, nice sitting area and a very comfortable bed. The daily breakfast was fantastic! Staff are friendly and we felt very welcome. It was like a step back in time to the 1960s."

The new people are nice but do NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN OR MAINTAIN THE PLACE. Could not get a receipt with the total amount on it that i had to pay? Its hard to see what was a very nice motel turned into one of the very worst. I will never stay at Vista Villa again. OVERPRICED AND DIRTY, STAINS IN THE CARPET. They did not...

"This wasn’t just a stay, it was an EXPERIENCE. We felt like guests in someone’s mansion (because we were!). The furnishings, the music, the decor, the history, the ambiance were all exquisite from the moment we walked in. And the breakfast… three courses in colors, tastes, and textures that were unique and so enjoyable. Chris and Jenna were such gracious and knowledgeable hosts. We hope to visit again!"

"They said the wifi was out...not acceptable for working on the road!!! And no compensation since this was prepaid through Expedia...trusting Expedia will give me a credit on this one!!"

"We stopped at the hotel before check-in and spoke to co-owner to request a room on the bottom floor, as my husband had knee surgery 7 weeks prior, and there was not an elevator to the second level. She left a note at the front desk to accommodate my request when we checked in. We did not get a room on the bottom floor, the owner said there was nothing available and said there was no note left at the desk. Very disappointing!"
