"Loved everything about the Cassia, the rooms were spotless and spacious with a lovely living area. The beachfront location was gorgeous, sandy white beach and the beautiful pool looking out to sea. Breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. You can use the facilities at the other hotels within the group and we had dinner at Treetops at the Banyan Tree one evening which added to the experience. We went midweek so it was very relaxed and peaceful. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked quad bikes, paddle boards and a mangrove boat trip and had great fun. Would thoroughly recommend Cassia."

"As someone who has traveled to more than 80 countries, I have high standards when it comes to hotels, and this one truly impressed me. The beautifully landscaped grounds, stunning beaches, and exceptional staff make this property stand out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though a bit more space would make them even better. The breakfast buffet is outstanding—spotlessly clean, with an impressive variety of fresh, delicious options. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. The entire staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel welcome. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Donnie, and the outstanding Executive Chef, Massimo, whose professionalism and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the food and drinks were quite expensive. However, there are several excellent local restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals at more reasonable prices. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel."

"🌟Our family had an absolute blast at Natra Bintan! 🌟The resort is incredibly family-friendly, and the staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. We signed up for the kids' activities package at Treasure Bay—as hotel guests, we got a 20% discount, which is a fantastic deal since the vouchers can be used anytime during the stay. The dining was a highlight and there’s a great variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back in the near future! 🏊♂️✨"

"I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did. The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind. It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang. What stood out most was the service. During one of my outings, I ended up at a place where I could not get a Grab back to the hotel. I contacted the hotel, and they arranged a vehicle to pick me up. That really helped me a lot, especially as I was travelling alone and not familiar with the area. Overall, Alltrue Hotel Bintan was a reliable and reassuring stay. It gave me the safety, comfort, and support I needed after a stressful start to my trip. I would recommend it especially to solo travellers who want a cleaner, safer, and more convenient hotel base in Tanjung Pinang."

"Room was spotless, pools well kept and Strawbella staff wonderful, al acarte dining options broad and buffet was good. All staff were wonderful. Hotel organised driver for full day tour and Rio was also exceptional. So many seating options throughout the resort"
