"The oakwood hotel is centrally located to shopping mall and shop jouses across the road. Plenty of options to dine and walk around. There are many massage spa around which provided clean & professional services. The ambience of the hotel is good too. Breakfast spread is decent. Staff are polite. "

"The Sanchaya exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely spectacular from its location to its beautiful buildings and grounds. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and the food was beyond superb. We stayed at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore before coming here and I would say that The Sanchay far surpassed Raffles, which is knowns as one of the top hotels in the world. "This is an old property with a lot of potential. The rooms are lovely but run-down. There were a lot of things broken in the room and stuff that needed updating. The pool was in rough shape as was the rest of the outside. Food on-site was excellent, staff were good for the most part. They screwed up and did not clean our room, we asked them to do it at 4pm and went to the beach for a while, came back and it was not done.
