Khách sạn Đảo Nirup

"The staff were not helpful. The buggy service was hard to come by and the coordination between Westin and this resort was not well done. Overall average but not recommended."

"Beautiful facilities & spa . Very well maintained."

"Good staff, very understanding. The place is very clean"

"Excellent hotel for a very competitive price. "

"I am a repeated guest and once again I am very statifised with the apartment. Keep up the good work"

"Wonderful reception from the staff from door to counter to fnb 👍 Hospitality shown by offering guests the free outdoor Saturday bbq dinner++. Breakfast was simply delicious 😋 Special shoutout to Nathania who accommodated our requests ever so professionally with a great warm smile."

"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern, gepflegt und hat die perfekte Lage. Man kann direkt vom Hotel in das Grand Batam Mall (das modernste Einkaufszentrum in Batam) gehen wo es Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Beauty-Angebote gibt. Für uns war es PERFEKT!!!!"

"The hotel is fine for staying in but it needs some love and attention. Some investment and a refurbishment would be welcome, the staff were all great, so no complaints there. Just needs a face lift."

"Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet."

"Room Spacious and clean"

"Decent stay at four points batam, close enough to nagoya mall, habour bay and grand batam mall. Nice security and staff. Breakfast nothing to shout about, but nearby market could be a deal breaker."
