Oakwood has always been our first choice when we visit Batam. Best location right next to Grand Batam Mall where you have access to everything from eat to groceries and girls’ shopping. The hotel itself is fabulous as well, clean room, great amenities, yummy breakfast. Will be back, of course!

Hotel is right next to the Grand Batam Mall (with direct access) and about 10 - 15 min drive from Harbor Bay ferry terminal. Hotel is very clean, staff who checked us in, Sheryn, was very friendly. We were given early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade on the highest floor! Breakfast buffet spread was good and food was tasty. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again in future!

Excellent hotel and extremely cooperative staff. Excellent location and a being a new hotel everything was in shape . The restaurant manager Ms. Salsa has been so warm & welcoming. Really an asset to have people like her around. I have repeated this hotel & it’s always a pleasure staying with them.

This place is the best in terms of location to Batam grand mall. Just literally a stone throw. Easy access to other parts of Batam as well. Nearby filled with massage and salons. Hotel was clean and spacious.
