"Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. "

"I will start by saying the front desk staff were very kind. The room that we stayed in was nice. It was big and clean. The bed was clean but the mattress was very firm. We were on the second floor and there was a horrible smell (rotten fish???) that you could tell they were trying to hide/cover up with air freshener. That is a terrible mix! Down another hallway on the same floor was a very strong pet urine smell like it was set in the carpet. Yes they allow dogs. It was disappointing that there was not breakfast provided but that is my fault for not checking that before booking. There also not an area to gather to hang out with others if you’re looking to do that. We were in town for a baseball tournament and we enjoy hanging out with the team families during down time. "

"We had rooms connected and the room my husband and the boys were in didnt have hot water in my room the ac didnt work right it was hot in my room the bed was to hard majority of the hotel smelled like pot i could hear music so loud i was having issues sleeping also i paid over 600 for 2 rooms that was outrageous "

"I booked a room at this hotel. I had a family emergency and had to cancel and the told me I couldn’t get a refund. Absolutely terrible. How do you make someone pay for something they didn’t even get. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I would have liked to see coffee / tea in the lobby for guests after restaurant business hours."

"Room did not have sheets for the pull out. There were coffee pods, but no sugar or creamer and only one lid for two cups. The remote was missing in the bedroom and there was no hair dryer. I call the desk for the sheets, but after 40 mins went down to the desk and he had forgotten."
