"Our room was in excellent condition when we checked in, and the desk staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Even when we got into our room, out TV screen had a welcome message specifically addressed to me by name. While it is a little thing, it certain made me feel welcome. "Being a new hotel, it was exceptional… love the modern amities—no closets, but hooks & pegs..bed was very comfortable as were the pillows (and no problem getting more) the staff was amazing & very east check in & out. Breakfast was a few steps above an average hotel’s. Eating area continually being cleaned & filled. The only thing I would suggest is putting an arrow on the front door, directing you to check-in area. (The side door)"

"This hotel is very cute, clean and centrally located to the downtown Leonardtown area. Parking was very accessible and easy and I loved that breakfast was included. My only issue was the woman working at the front desk when we checked in. She was grumpy and not very friendly. We arrived at noon so we understood it was early and that all of our rooms might not yet be ready, but she seemed annoyed at us! And didn’t offer any accommodations to help us settle in after a 7 hour drive."

"The front desk people were so nice and helpful. I had two reservations for two days that they consolidated them so I didn’t have to move rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Bathrooms seems bigger than other hotels. AC worked great on the 100 degree days. The restaurant lady was very friendly and did a great job keeping the tables clean and people fed. The cleaning lady was also friendly and kept the hotel very clean."

"Everything was wonderful ! I had a hard time using my door key, and the staff came up and helped me and made sure I was able to use the key on my own. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend and use comfort Inn again."
