"The room was dirty, the sheets on one of the beds were dirty, there was a filthy rag hanging on the shower and a cockroach in the bathroom at 3am! The pool advertised as open at 8am was closed for cleaning until a half hour before check out time. We will not return"

"We booked this location, and agreed to the higher nightly rate than other nearby locations, because of the lake access. Unfortunately, lake access ends after check out (11 am) and to continue to swim, you’ll need to pay a day rate per person. As someone who travels often, I’ve never seen a hotel ..."
