We had to leave a VRBO property unexpectedly due to a serious mold issue and needed a safe, clean place immediately — and this hotel delivered exactly that and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. You could immediately feel the level of care and professionalism, which meant so much to us given the circumstances. The room was spotless, comfortable, and gave us the peace of mind we desperately needed. We especially appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was, as our medical service dogs were welcomed without hesitation. That level of understanding and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. Everything from the cleanliness to the service exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, due to the urgency of our situation and the short nature of our stay, we did not have the opportunity to experience the spa — which we would have loved to enjoy — but it looked beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, Lordos Beach Hotel turned a difficult situation into a comfortable and safe experience for us. We are very grateful and would absolutely return under better circumstances to fully enjoy everything the property has to offer."
