"This is a tricky review to write. On the one hand, we loved so much about this hotel. But there was one negative, that maybe sounds trivial but means we wouldn't stay there again: A significant shortage of sun loungers by the pool. If lounging by the pool isn't your thing -then I'd recommend this hotel. But if you do enjoy long lazy pool days - it's not for you. "Absolutely wonderful!! The room was comfortable, neat and clean.with beautiful views over the sea. Staff were friendly and very helpful. An ideal setting - only 10min from the airport, a lovely beach just a 15min stroll away, I also enjoyed a trip into Argoustoli, the capital, to see some turtles. A great holiday. "

"This property was very lovely. It was incredibly clean and offered many amenities. The unit itself was large with plenty of space, and very clean and comfortable. The area around it is quite and beautiful being right on the water! The walk to town isn’t too bad but there are dining options and a few stores nearby too. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again! "

"We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Emerald Villas and Suites. Irene was so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful with the most incredible views!! Within a short 5 minutes drive to the port where we enjoyed dinner and a small beach. Highly recommend!!"

"Avithos resort looks as good as the photos. Chose this resort because of the kitchenette so that I could make food in the apartment and it didn’t disappoint. "The area was beautiful, the host was welcoming, the cleaning was daily. Food in the area was superb and plentyful. Boat hire is local. The driving in the local area was flatter than other parts of the island. There is nothing not to like!"

"We spent 2 weeks in August at Maria’s. Lovely apartments with beautiful surroundings and a gorgeous view. Apartments were basic but had everything we needed. There is a hairdryer (which isn’t mentioned in the description). Check in was easy, we had a late arrival and were advised in advance of our apartment number beforehand and access instructions. Housekeeping was daily and maids were very friendly. As mentioned previously, it is a steep hill up to the apartments but we found it walkable....

"I would stay here again. This property is located in a quiet, yet gorgeous corner of the island. The onsite staff were excellent, the views lovely, the breakfast adequate and the pool/common areas were exactly as expected. While not associated with this hotel, make sure to check out the sun decks, diving platforms and food at nearby Windmill Cafe."

"Property was clean, comfortable and well equipped for a short stay. AC big bonus. Walks to beach and shop were further than expected. Was disappointed there was no pool or hub in the very small complex of Malibu Apts but it turns out to be the norm in Lassi. Really recommend Marianna Pool and bar which is nearby."
