"They charged my card six hours before I arrived, the desk clerk at check in was rude, as well as rude and acted out out when I called and told her the AC in room wasn't working properly. She came up to the room and did something to the unit whick made it kick on and then said well the bed is in front of the AC and it's not a good design. Needless to say the AC didn't work in the room in the middle of the summer. Front desk clerk at checkout was rude as well. The only good thing about this was...

"Check in clearly states 2pm, got there at 430pm and was told that the room was not ready. Pool filled with gravel. 1 set of washer and dryer outside in front of the owners suite. 4 of us were staying and there were only 2 sets of towels. When we asked for more, the guy said "why?". Then gave us 1 extra set. They only service the room and switch out towels every 3 days. Breakfast is not a continental, it was a sacked breakfast (like a sack lunch). "Our room still had liquor bottles that was not clean from previous guest! The restroom was disgusting! The mattress was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. The staff was nice though"

The restroom floors were lifted on the corners, you had to be careful while getting out the shower. The shower curtains were yellow/brown instead of white. Definitely needs some upgrades. If you are there for 1 night or 2 i guess it's okay."
