The first day we got there they charged us extra for an extra guest, even though its alway 2 people per room and I assumed its 2 people included. Then, the hot water was out for an hour. The room did not feel 5 star at all, the ceiling had water stains we were in room 924. The buffet was decent, no complaints and the cleaning staff were prompt and polite. The bathroom had very little shower pressure and I prefer the shower with the additional handle which i felt was missing. The toilet had no pressure also, it barely flushed and luckly i brought whipes from the states to use. Now for some TMI, the sink is outside the toilet which was with the shower, the door closed off the shower and sink has no sliding door to close it, so if i needed to wet my toilet paper it would not be good for my guest that was with me. So i just didn’t like the design, not great for feeling clean. I did shower often and the hot water would go in and out. So I'd have to keep adjusting the shower. Finally on New Years day everything was cloased so we decided to eat in the dining room of the hotel, instead of having more staff and meeting the high demand, we waited 2 hours for barely mediocre food. Grilled chicken dish and a phily cheese steak. If it came in 20 to 30 mins I'd be fine with it. So that was the worst part of my trip. Overall it was 4 stars at best for the hotel and 2 stars for the overall experience. Thank god i dont have to stay there ever again. The only positive was the hotel location.
