"In dit geweldige hotel 4 nachten verbleven. Ik kan wel zeggen dat dit tot nu het beste hotel is waar ik verbleven ben. De locatie is perfect gelegen. Met 2 super mooie strandjes waar je zo vanaf het strand de prachtige vissen kunt zien, en zelfs mini haaitjes en roggen.
De service en het personeel is zo goed en vriendelijk niets is teveel.
De kamers liggen tegen een helling, maar je hoeft niet te lopen, er rijden golfkarretjes rond die je komen ophalen en wegbrengen op verzoek.

"Siamo stati una settimana a luglio, sceglierei nuovamente la struttura perché davanti alla spiaggia per me piu bella delle isole con tartarughe, razze e squaletti a pochi metri dalla riva. Posizione fantastica quindi. Pulizia ok e servizi ok. Abbiamo utilizzato il servizio di lavanderia ed è stato perfetto.
Abbiamo avuto difficoltà con il cibo, avevamo inclusa la colazione che era ok. Abbiamo provato i primi giorni anche a pranzare e cenare però poi ci siamo dovuti spostare in altri...

"la struttura presenta numerose barriere architettoniche. per arrivare alla nostra stanza dalla spiaggia avevamo circa 200 scalini.
la nostra stanza era molto piccola e il servizio di pulizia scadente. la stanza era sporca con la presenza interna insetti. diverse mattine ci siamo alzati con pizzichi e morsi di insetti."

"We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 8 and 11, and stayed for 6 nights August 2026. We found this to be a very friendly, clean and comfortable place to stay, with an excellent location right on the beach, with all the long beach amenities easily accessible. The breakfast buffet is good. We did 3 snorkelling trips with Mimpi which were well organised and good. Our room had a lovely view across long beach. The private transfer from Kota Bharu airport to Mimpi and back again was well worth...

"I’m giving this hotel 2 stars mainly because of the cleanliness and the overall condition of both the hotel and the room, which felt quite run-down and in need of maintenance.
On the positive side, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location is definitely a strong point.
However, considering the price we paid (over €100 per night, almost 500 MYR), I don’t feel it offers good value for money. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made."

Il personale è gentilissimo, per carità, ma molto, molto lento nel soddisfare le richieste (basiche, anche solo per avere la carta igienica) e spesso confusionario: avevamo prenotazione per un'escursione di snorkeling e se la sono persa; eravamo in attesa di altra escursione, abbiamo chiesto info, eravamo lì al punto di imbarco, ma si stavano comunque dimenticando di noi...
