"Perfect location, lobby and general public area is nice. The rooms are worn and require an upgrade. For the price I expected better. The food is decent, and restaurant staff helpful, valet Exceptional. Front desk staff ok but the red hair manager was a bit non caring and rude, not directly to me but what I witnessed regarding an unclean room and her response was unacceptable. "The hotel's location was not ideal for my needs. It was set smack in the middle of a parking lot and adjoins the convention center. It's ideal for convention center events but not so much for persons not attending convention center related activities."
