"We used the breakfast bar and the restaurant the first day. Both were convenient to have, but easy to replace once we explored our nearby options. The Metro was close and we used the shuttle. However leave yourself plenty of time as the shuttle can get backed up during busy hours. We would definitely use the Melia again."

"I booked this hotel primarily because it had a gym with squat racks, but they didn’t have any barbells. It was disappointing because I picked this instead of a main area in central Lisbon where everything would’ve been walkable. As a female solo traveller coming from Canada, this is was not a prime location as I hoped it would’ve been.
However aside from that, it was a clean hotel and the front desk was nice. There are lockers and a good lounge, which was great because I had a red eye flight. "

"We stayed for 9 nights.
The first impression was as we expected of a 5 star luxury hotel. The conseirge/luggage carrying guy was fantastic - a really nice welcoming. Couldn't remember his name - it was the same first name as the general manager I think he'd said.
The room was very comfortable, clean and really spacious with a massive bed. We had a view of the pool and the gardens. I like the old part of the building with all its character and private chapel. The new part is kind of bolted on...

"This is was a great one night stay before catching a flight home. Easy 20 min drive to the airport. Hotel is right on the water and has an amazing sunset view from the roof. The roof has a bar restaurant and a pool. We were there in March and the pool was heated with a glass roof. We had a room with bunk bed like beds for the kids and they loved it. I think they have a garage, but there was plenty of street parking. The staff were wonderful. I would definitely recommend "

"We booked this hotel based on location and onsite parking availability. It was very walkable to everything in Cascais and the breakfast buffet was amazing.
