il s'agit d'une résidence pour sénior avec une partie style appart hotel. les appartements sont très grands, lit confortable, kitchenette pratique.

It's not what it seems at first!

First, we were SO UPSET!! Very lost, had NO IDEA it was a senior center and not a hotel. Patricia, who met us was very nice, but didn't speak English. The room was very sterile. We were planning on leaving the next day! Samuel came up to me at breakfast and explained the city and was very nice!! The elderly residents were so sweet. We ended up happy! But NOT a hotel! Very few amenities. Breakfast was juice, coffee and a roll. Good deal for the price! Great location!

Big appartment in Perpignan center with parking

Very comfortable room and full apartment equipped. Wifi was not accessible from the room, and the bathroom facilities were limited (soap, towels...). People were very nice although English communication was quite complicated with most of them. All instances were very new and parking was provided very easily until we needed :)

Buena atención, apartamento grande y bonito. Calidad precio muy bien. Lo único que añadiría sería algo salado y fruta en el desayuno. Hay que tener presente que es una residencia, no un hotel. El desayuno era un croissant y una pasta de chocolate para cada uno, con café y zumos. Había dos trozos de pan pero nada salado para acompañar.... Sólo mermelada que quizás no sea lo más apropiado. Valoración global muy buena pero no recomendaría coger el desayuno.

Sehr schicke Ferienwohnung in Seniorenresidenz

Wir buchten das Hotel für 3 Nächte und hängten noch eine weitere Nacht dran. Lage ist top, direkt am Zentrum von Perpignan. Die Parkplatzsuche erwies sich am letzten Abend als katastrophal. Das Hotel ist eigentlich eine Seniorenresidenz, die wohl nicht vermietete Appartments an Hotelgäste vergibt. Abends war die Rezeptions nur teilweise besetzt; an dem Abend, an dem sich unsere große Tochter am Fuß verletzte, war leider niemand auffindbar, der uns eventuell etwas Eis zur Kühlung hätte geben können (gegen 19:00 Uhr). Wenn anwesend, waren die Empfangsdamen jedoch sehr nett und bemüht. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde das Appartment nicht von Reinigungskräften betreten - für 80 Euro / Nacht hätten wir schon neue Handtücher am dritten Tag und vielleicht mal ein Durchkehren (wir waren am Strand...) erwartet. Als Handseife gab es im Bad nur vier kleine Sampletütchen - ein Seifenspender wäre wesentlich hilfreicher gewesen. Die Größe und der Zustand des Appartments übertraf dafür jedoch unsere Erwartungen. Schick und neu eingerichtet, Klimaanlage, Küchenzeile (gut ausgestattet), Schlafzimmer separat, Internetzugang (über Kabel - wurde gestellt - Wlan nur unten), bei geschlossenen Fenstern absolut ruhig. Am Tisch standen leider nur zwei Stühle, obwohl wir für zwei Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder gebucht hatten. Auf Anfrage wurde uns ein Kinderhochstuhl gebracht. Das Ausziehsofa war nicht für die Kinder vorbereitet, es gab jedoch Leintuch und Bettzeug im Bett-(bzw. Sofa-)Kasten.

Idéal pour la découverte à pied de Perpignan

Séjour de 4 jours pour découvrir Perpignan. Résidence hôtelière idéalement placée à 2 minutes à pied de la porte du Castillet et du quartier historique. Quartier très calme, le parking est recommandé car c'est très difficile de se garer sur la voie publique. Pas de WIFI dans la chambre, prévoir un PC portable pour liaison filaire, câble prêté par la réception. Très bel établissent, très récent, bien équipé

Nice big rooms. Friendly staff.

We park the car underground $12/day. Explored nearby villages and attractions. Getting to highway is very easy. Staff in hotel is very helpful. Have a kitchen is super. There are two stores around two or three small blocks away to get fruits, vegetable, precooked stuff and wines.

Appartement très agréable, par contre dans le couloir il y avait une odeur très très désagréable,au niveau des services nous n'avons eu besoin de rien. Il manquait dans la cuisine une passoire. Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié c'est le fait que l'on nous ai dit que sur la route il fallait payer à partir de 7h du matin donc nous avons pris le parking de l’hôtel alors que c'était 9h, heure à laquelle on aurait pu aller mettre de l'argent, donc nous avons payé beaucoup plus cher vu que la voiture restait stationnée que la nuit .

tres bon sejour

très bien accueillie lors de notre arrivé appartement hôtel neuf et très spacieux, petit moins pas de place pour ce garer à l’extérieure il faut prévoir 12 euro de plus pour un parking fermé pour garer votre voiture . la résidence est une senior vous ne serait pas embêté par le bruit.

Accueil très agréable, chambre très belle, propre avec un lit très confortable et le must la clim, les commerces sont à proximités pas besoin de voiture pour aller en ville se promener ou manger dans un choix incroyable de restaurants. Par contre le petit déjeuner est à revoir au niveau du choix très limité car c'est barquette de miel et barquette confiture abricot tous les jours, pas de céréales, pas de yaourt, pas de fruits, pas de compote et pour un prix inférieur d'autres établissements proposent le même choix sinon plus. Une étoile de moins pour le petit déjeuner mais pour le reste c'est le top.

Agréable et sympathique petit appartement

Les trois petits balcons amènent un charme particulier. Je n'ai pas essayé le lit de la chambre mais il semblait dur alors que le divan qui fait un très grand lit est très très dur. Mais le reste, c'est vraiment bien. Beaucoup de rangement. Et comme c'est neuf, c'est très agréable ! Le personnel est vraiment gentil ! J'ai aussi aimé que nous cohabitions avec des personnes agées. Ce qui en fait un établissement très sécuritaire. Il y a la possibilité d'un espace de stationnement pour quelques euros de plus et c'est facile de se déplacer à pied.
