Impossible de joindre qui que ce soit durant le séjour. Je trouve dommage car les lieux sont agréables. Gros bémol, le parking demandé n'existe pas puisque personne pour renseigner. Le stationnement dans la rue n'est pas un parking.

Rapport qualité prix excellent

Très joli petit appartement avec toutes les commodités. Bon isolation phonique et thermique. Résidence sécurisée. Ça mériterait un lit plus confortable plutôt qu'un canapé lit. Et la douche a besoin d'une porte vitrée plutôt qu'un rideau peu pratique quand on est sous la douche. Sinon rien à redire

Les personnels "Resisdis" sont restés à notre écoute sur toute la durée de notre séjour -> donc très bien. Le problème majeur est venu des services "Expédia" qui, ne connaissant pas le mode de fonctionnement de "Residis", et ce malgré que nous ayons appelé la plateforme "Expedia", ne nous ont absolument pas indiqué que nous devions contacter "Residis" par téléphone du lundi au vendredi sur les horaires d'ouverture du bureau afin qu'ils nous remettent les codes d'accès aux portes de l'établissement et au coffre pour les clefs de l'appartement. A cause d'"Expedia", nous avons failli nous retrouver une nuit dehors.

une tres beau hôtel, prix raisonnable, très propre calme, desservis par la ligne de bus 6, un accueil chaleureux, avec une personnel tres aimable, j'adore. je vous le conseiller fortement si vous passe un séjour à Perpignan au calme et proche de la gare, ville surtout de la zone commerciale.
