"Our stay at Névé hotel was excellent and I would recommend to others. Hotel is particularly welcoming and suitable for children (ours are 11 and 15) with fantastic amenities for them and adults - a great pool and spa, games room and pool table, which we were able to use for the whole day after we checked out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable and the whole hotel has a modern, contemporary feel. Excellent breakfast was included. Not a cheap hotel but very good value for money. The only thing I can think of that would have made our stay better is that we only stayed one night and should have stayed longer!"

"As noted by previous guests the building is dated but not an issue. On arrival reception staff was very helpful and polite. (Note the reception openig times). Location is ideal and only 5 mi utes walk to the town centre. Stayed in room 33 which has a balcony and a decent view of the town and surrounding hills. Bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. No issues with noise external or interior. Room size was good with a double bed. Toilet / shower was a cubicle type and worked well. "

"Hotel is great. Check in was easy, even late at night after a delà at the airport. Room was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space and storage. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good and varied. Property itself is clean, modern, big, well built and could see the outside areas, pool and playground would be great in summer. Some Parking onsite too. Would recommend. "

"Ambience, food, wine, accommodations, service, location. It is bar none. It is something that you may see in romantic movies. "L’établissement est bien situé et agréable, et ce n’est pas un mauvais lieu en soi. Cependant, il est important d’être transparent, il est affiché comme un hôtel alors qu’il fonctionne en réalité comme une résidence autonome. Si vous recherchez un véritable hôtel avec services et accueil, ce n’est pas l’endroit adapté. Tout est en self-service, avec des démarches d’état des lieux à l’arrivée et à la sortie, et une réception non ouverte en continu, ce qui limite l’assistance. Le ménage de fin de séjour peut être facturé, mais de manière paradoxale même en payant le ménage la cuisine n’est pas incluse. Les clients paient donc un service tout en étant obligés de nettoyer eux-mêmes. La piscine est un point positif, mais très orientée familles, avec beaucoup de bruit et des plongeons fréquents malgré les règles affichées. Les horaires sont excessivement déséquilibrés, avec un check-in tardif à 17h et un check-out à 10h, ce qui est peu raisonnable. Finalement l’attitude de la cheffe d’équipe, une dame d’un certain âge aux cheveux courts, a totalement gâché la fin de l’expérience. Depuis le premier jour un manque totale d’amabilité, soupirs, regards déplacés et ton sec, même pour de simples demandes. Lors de l’état des lieux de sortie, à 10h du check-out elle nous a demandé de quitter le logement immédiatement malgré le fait d’être déjà prêts avec nos bagages, avec une attitude froide et autoritaire. Expérience finale négative."

"The view is amazing and the unit is perfect for a family of 4 because it's got a bunk bed and a king size bed. The breakfast is also very surprisingly good."
