"We have stayed here several times over the last 10 years. Started out fantastic, staff still is, but they have not kept up with repairs unfortunately. Loose toilet seat, paint/wallpaper/many carpets definitely need refreshing. Really hate writing this because have thoroughly enjoyed it over the years, but will go elsewhere from now on😟"

"Nice, basic long-term stay hotel. In a very nice area right off the interstate. Was built fairly recently so it was a little more run down than I expected in some areas. Part of the counter laminate in my room was coming off and the walls/stairs were dinged up. Fitness room has a couple treadmills, an elliptical and functional trainer/cable machine with weight stacks but there was no bench, dumbbells, or mats which was disappointing. But overall it was very clean and worked great for what I needed. Note that there are basically no amenities here; not even coffee or tea available in the lobby. Starbucks and Hyvee just a couple minutes away which is nice. Having a kitchenette in the room helps so you can bring your own stuff. No pots/pans/coffee maker available, I think you have to pay for those or bring your own. I would stay here again as the price was right and it met my needs as a solo traveler on a work trip."

"I liked the kitchenette with a regular refrigerator so I could freeze my ice packs for my cooler. The room was clean and the bathroom was accessible for my husband who has mobility issues. The bed on the other hand is not what I would expect in a mobility accessible room. The bed needs to be a little higher and firmer to make it easier to get up from. Other than that it was a very nice room"
