"The property was beautiful! Once I got to my room on the shower wall was a huge ball of hair hanging. I reported this and the staff was very kind and came to clean the bathroom right away. While we was in bed we heard a big crash. The window drapes fell. I had to go get a staff member again. She was great! She tried to hang it back up with no luck it was too high. She apologized several times. Told me she talked to the GM and they was going to reimburse my stay. That never happened. I’ve called several times with no luck. The hotel is great I just had a bad experience. It’s a beautiful place. Breakfast was amazing!"

"The room floor was dirty. The top blanket was dirty. The ice machine was not working also with soda machine. The base of the tub is peeling and marks all over the mirror that could not be removed. All furniture had holes and dirty. Overall experience was not very pleasant. Pay a few dollars more to stay somewhere else"

"An expensive one night stay. The staff is friendly but not very talkative. They accomodated the request for a first floor room. At this price point, i didnt expect a lot of amenities, but hot coffee at 5pm is a huge plus. The building is older but rooms have been updated. The room had TV, fridge, and microwave. The beds are not fixed to wall so if you the bed for other "activities" besides sleeping, the bed will slide across the floor. They have swept under the sliding beds in awhile so bring sandals or slippers. There are plenty of nearby restaurants "

"This my favorite place to stay when I come to town. I miss the gal who worked at night cleaning. She wasn't there this stay. Between the day workers and her the place was always spotless and smelled so clean."
