"The room was clean, the staff was very responsive and courteous, and as I had gone up to specifically attend a graduation at the Bob Carpenter center, location was excellent... but for the amount we paid 264.00 about, plus they charged a $100 fee (refundable) but inconvenient, the room was a huge disappointment and definitely not worth $264.00, it was small, almost claustrophobic, it contained 2 beds, a tiny bathroom with only a shower, a tiny microwave & fridge. "This is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel. Although they appear to be doing some work exterior, the interior needs a lot of updating and fixing. Our room had wallpaper coming down on the walls and cracks in the ceiling. The flooring was all dug into with lots of drag marks which I was concerned they would try to bring back on the guest. "Check in was super fast and the lady at the front desk was very nice and fast. The bed was very clean and nicely made. For a one night stay it was pretty nice. One thing I do have to complain about is we walked by the pool and it was very yellowish green so we didn’t go in it."
