"Booked a double bedroom understanding we wouldn’t have some amenities (like iron, hairdryer, and microwave), in-room
However what was disappointing was that the lobby didn’t even have these on request. It’s not that expensive to get the most basic of amenities for your customers. A communal Iron and hairdryer can not cost more than $50. A used microwave, which would not only be nice for your customers but also your employees so they could heat up lunch, can’t be more than $30.
These little things just show a cheapness and lack of care for the customer’s experience. In terms of cleanliness, it was ok. Surfaces and bed weren’t bad , floor was sticky.
Oh and the policies they have, such as only 15 min in the lobby is off putting.
I was hopeful staying here, and have had decent experiences at 2 star hotel, but honestly my experience here just made me feel like I should have spent a bit extra to stay at another hotel.
Management needs to do better"
